Cute
" I really like the look of these, but I'm about a size 10.5 and the 11 were a bit big. I'm going to try the 10 in store. They are the right mix of casual and dressy. Love the heel. "

Plastic heel?
" First thing I noticed is the plastic sound of the heel. Can't be a solid heel either. The toe sole part seems to be rubber. I have a larger calf, and these fit me well, almost large. They look alright, just cheap in person. "
