Button/Snap fell off after 2 months of wear

" I purchased these boots at the end of October 2016 and at the beginning of January 2017, one of the decorative buttons/snaps fell off and lost. This was after what I would call light to normal wear. I was very disappointed - these boots, although not the most comfortable I've owned, are pretty nice. Since I was past the 60 day return policy through DSW, I tried contacting Bare Traps to see if they could provide a replacement button/snap and was told they do not offer replacement parts. Wish I could still wear these $80 boots, but the missing button/snap is surprisingly noticeable and gives the impression that I don't care about my appearance. I definitely can't wear them at work any longer.
