Poor quality and runs small
" I was very disappointed in fit and quality of these shoes. They run at least one half to a full size too small! The color is nice and that is the only thing that I liked about the shoes. These shoes are cheaply made, which is very surprising considering that I have many pairs of Nine West shoes. The fit and quality are normally good. I will be returning them to the store.

Really cute and comfy heels!

" I purchased these online in the multi-colored blue/white/pink/black pattern a few months ago, and have not worn them yet, but they seemed comfortable. I just purchased the grey pair in the store a few weeks ago and love them. I wore them to work today and received numerous compliments! I was very surprised that these shoes were so comfortable because of the pointy toes; I found them to be true to size and did not need to size up. I wore them for 9 hours before my feet started to hurt, and I was walking/standing a lot today! They do not pinch at all and seem to have some cushioning on the bottom of the shoes. I now have the hot pink (received today), fuchsia (will be returning since I like the hot pink better), and will be ordering the neon yellow, leopard print, and royal blue! I would love to see turquoise and other bright colors for the spring/summer.

" I just picked these up in store. They are sooo sexy & hot! Surprisingly comfortable for the heel height. I think the platform and the thicker heel helps with the comfort. They are true to size and the calf fits good even with jeggings! I cannot wait to wear them out!

Pretty grey color...
" I ordered the grey pair online hoping that they would actually be grey. The color is as shown in the picture - dark grey! They fit well, but they aren't as tall as I thought they would be. They are about 2-3 inches below my knees. I also wanted to mention that the calf area is wide. I'm surprised they are wide on me because I have athletic calves. So if you have problems wearing tall boots because of your calves, these may be the boots for you. I planned to wear my jeans tucked in, so the calf width is great for this purpose. I may even be able to wear my straight leg jeans tucked in because of the extra room!

A little big, but cute...
" I ordered the black pair and they are really cute. They run a little long and wide, but since they have the straps on the top, they are fine as I plan to wear them with dress/trouser socks or tights. By the way the red color is a deep red and really pretty. I didn't get these in red because I already have a pair of flat red shoes. I did order another pair of red wedge shoes by this designer and I love them!

Cute and different
" I received these in the mail today and the color is different. They almost have a gold sheen to them instead of pewter. I've never ordered this brand before so I sized down as suggested by another reviewer. I normally wear size 8 and I ordered a 7.5. They fit fine, but are slightly big. It's not enough for me to return them. I like them so I'm going to keep them!

Nice boots, but color is off
" I received my boots in the mail today and they are really nice. I ordered the grey and was surprised that the color is off. I was expecting a dark grey and i received a dark taupe color. I thought that maybe the lighting was bad so I went to several rooms, but that didn't help. When I put the boots next to several grey pieces that I have and it's not grey. I put it next to a brownish color sweater I have and it matches that color. One thing that I wanted to mention is that the box shows the color as "new grey". I'm not sure what that means, but I love the boots! My normal size is 8, but I ordered a half size larger as another reviewer suggested so that's probably why they feel big. It's fine with me because I can wear socks without a problem. I tried them on without jeans/pants and they fit fine in the calf area. I'm sure they will work with skinny jeans and leggings. They are really tall and come 3/4 the way up my knee caps. Since the color is different, I think I will keep them. The quality of the boot is really good, they're comfortable and they are leather! I guess I'll have to order another pair of grey boots!

" I purchased these in black and they run short. I thought maybe they may stretch out since they are leather, but my toes are squished together at the top of the shoe. Sadly, I'll have to return them. They are nice shoes and they seem like they may be comfortable in the right size. I think a 1/2 size up would be good.

" I purchased the black/brown combination and they run short. I think 1/2 size larger could work. Unfortunately I also ordered the blue/green combination prior to receiving the first pair so now I'll have to return both of them. As far as the rest of the shoe, they seem as if they would be comfortable if you have the correct size. They are pretty shoes and the brown is a cognac color. I can't comment on the other blue/green shoes since they haven't arrived yet.

Cute...
" I ended up with the 8.5 in black because the 8 was sold out, but they fit fine. I can wear with thick socks if necessary. I agree with other reviewers that they are tall and come up to the middle of my knee caps (I'm 5'4" 1/2). I also had glue on my boots, but I like them so I'm keeping them. Besides you can't beat the price for this style of boots! So, I tried to take the glue off but ended up taking a small chunk of material out of the boot, so I couldn't return them if I wanted to. Anyway, I covered that spot with a black sharpie marker and it's fine. If someone is looking that closely at my boots they have issues LOL! Anyway, besides the length, they are pretty comfortable and the calve area fits fine on my athletic legs. I think they will look cute with tucked in skinny jeans or jeggings and skirts. I gave these 4 stars because of the glue.

The third time is the charm...
" I ordered these in black and received the gray (which is really taupe). I called and reordered the black and received another pair of gray boots. Okay, now I'm very annoyed, not only because I received the incorrect color, but because I thought the boots would sell out in my size (which I see they have). I called again and told them the situation. Customer service put a note on my order and had them pull the boots and check them before shipping. It took a little longer, but I finally received the black boots. I suspect that they had them coded wrong in the system or that they were in the wrong place in the warehouse. Now have three pairs of boots! Anyone need gray in size 8? I have two pairs - LOL! I will be returning the gray boots. Although it was annoying, thanks DSW for the great customer service! Anyway, they are cute, comfortable and warm!

Very cute...
" I ordered the beige color. The picture doesn't do these sandals justice. The braided chain makes these sandals different from similar sandals and they are really cute. I ordered my regular size 8 and they fit fine. They seem comfortable, but I just received them so I haven't had a chance to wear them.

I got the last one..
" I ordered the last one in 8.5 and was hoping they wouldn't be too big since my normal size is 8. The 8 was sold out and I had to choose between 7.5 and 8.5. The 8.5 fits a little big, but i will be keeping them since the shoe is sold out in my size.
By the way, I ordered the orange color and they are really cute. They will go with a lot of items in my wardrobe!

Just O.K. for me...
" I purchased the brown color. They are just O..K. to me. The color is different because it's a really dark brown. The shoe shape is also different because it's pointy at the big toe. The decorative beading is dull and if they were shiny the shoe would be a lot nicer. Two pluses: They are nicely made shoes and the bottom of the shoes are made of a non-slip material. I'm not wowed by them, so I'm going to return them.

Cute shoes...
" I ordered these in the orange color. The color is lighter than I had hoped, but the color shown in the picture is accurate. I ordered my regular size and the length is good. The straps that go across the top of the toes are too wide. My feet slide around in the shoes, which makes it hard to walk. I have to return them.

" I ordered these based on reviews and ordered 1/2 size larger. They are a little big, but if I had ordered my normal size they may have been too small. They run slightly short and narrow. Also, I couldn't tell by the picture that the rhinestones are more of a bronze color, not clear rhinestones. They are still cute, but I'm not sure if I will keep them.

They are tight...
" I ordered these online in my regular size based on the reviews and I think they are tight. They are tight on top and the shoe rubs on the top. They are also tight on the sides near the toe part. They don't seem to run short. It could be that there's more padding near the toes so maybe that's what is making them tight. Since I've never purchased BCBG shoes, I'm not sure if it's this brand, but I wish I could've tried them on in the store in 1/2 larger. They are padded so I can see why other reviewers said they are comfortable. They could possibly stretch after breaking them in, but I don't want to take the chance because of the price I paid. Sadly, I think I may have to return them.
The blue is a darker blue in person, but they are pretty. You may have problems matching the blue with clothing, but you could always wear them with jeans.

Nice colors
" I ordered this shoe online. I love the colors, but when I tried them on they were just O.K. They rubbed on the inside of my foot and they weren't that comfortable. I wish they showed more of my feet and toes. The front is more of a "peep toe" shoe and won't show off your cute pedicured feet!
They didn't work for me, but if you are looking to cover your feet because they aren't that cute or for a more professional look in the office, this is the shoe for you.
