Go up 1/2 size for pointed toe shoes

" Love the D'orsay look, open sides show off best part of foot. Well made for the price, comfortable heel height for all day. Best for work with pants or skirts. I am straight size 10M. Length is fine. My doctor recommends going up half size so don't pinch/injure toes, Morton's Neuroma, with pointed toe heels. Have done this with other Nine West pointed toe heels and solves problem. No 10 1/2 available. Tried 11M but way too long and would have caused other issues. Am keeping the 10M for now to see if my shoe shop can address tightness in toe. If they can't may return. If the shoe fits with no pinching of toes, definitely recommend buying this shoe. Great look from Nine West. "

Fashion for the price

" Really like the look of these sandals. Not too high a heel so can walk in them most of day. Not expensive, faux suede. Shoes do run a little long. I am a 10M and should have sized down to a 9 or 9.5. The straps over the top run loose, but can take those up if necessary. These are cute shoes. I bought in tan and cobalt blue. Great for travel, pack well. Recommend them for a fill in pair of sandals. I gave these a 4 star instead of 5 due to being a bit long in not being true to size. "
