Look cute but are really only meant to look pretty

" I love these shoes. They are the perfect height, look cute and go with everything. However, when you walk in them the back of the heel flips up and hits your foot with each step (similar to a flip flop). I think this is due to the elastic band on your ankle. Maybe it needs to be tighter or thicker? I am not sure. I plan on keeping these but they will just be for wearing around the office and not walking far distances as the flapping on my foot is really annoying.
