Poor Quality
" First purchase from DSW and I bought these in black to wear in uniform to a Marine Corps graduation ceremony. Not even 45 minutes into wearing them for the first time some one commented that the heel was coming off. Moments later the heel completely collapsed, just 30 minutes before I had to walk across the stage. My boyfriend had to run (literally) to the nearest uniform shop and purchase a $60 pair of black shoes for me to wear that evening that I will never wear again because they are too small and can't return.
I promptly returned these heels for a full refund and will be cautious when purchasing shoes from DSW in the future which is a shame because the selection is so good.
