Comfy, but runs long & navy is not really navy
" I bought a pair in a size 8 of the brown & the "navy". It's half a size too big, so I need to exchange to a 7.5. I'm going to do that with the brown, and I'm returning the "navy". It's not really navy, an interesting blue color instead. This color clashes with a navy skirt/pant suit.

Comfy, runs long & wide, color not accurate
" I normally wear a size 8 running shoe, and the size 8 of this boot is too big. I have to exchange down to a size 7.
The dark grey plaid color is not accurate online. The dark plaid lines are actually purple and they appear gray on the screen. You do not see this until you get them in the mail. The purple won't match my jacket so I will exchange for the black solid color.
Other than that super comfy...but a bit inconvenient now to have to exchange for a smaller size & a different color.
