HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

" I purchased these particular shoes on 5/16/2014 because they were so elegant and sexy. I wore these shoe twice since I've purchased them. Today, 6/24/2014, is the second time I've worn these shoes. I am at work, it's not even half way through my work day and as I am walking, the back part of the heel on the right shoe broke on me!!! Unbelievable!! I am not happy at all!!! I purchase from DSW all the time and this is the second time this has happened to me with a pair of shoes I purchased from DSW (the first incident, I did not complain about).
Unhappy!!!
