" I returned these in my regular size and swapped them for a half a size larger. They fit snugly on my feet because of the velcro ankle strap, so if you do go a size larger you don't have to worry about them flipping up and down in the back. The heel height is perfect for a day at the office, and the heels are not covered in soft patent leather like other heels are so they don't scratch as easily. These have been comfortable from day one. I just hope that the velcro holds up over time.

AWESOME shoe!
" Comfort is most important to me. I am not generally a high heel gal because I am a bit clumsy. The elastic on this shoe fits snugly (bought it in my true size) so the shoe doesn't slip around. The heel has enough surface so that you won't teeter and totter. I wore it all day to work on two different days and it never hurt a bit. I got LOADS of compliments on them. I bought another pair in a different color.
