Perfect Size
" Nice bag. Just the right size, I was worried it would be too small, it's not, just perfect.
The faux leather is a good quality. It feels like a soft leather.
The gold tone metal is rather bright, the picture looks almost silver tone, it's not, bright gold.
The picture shows a chain going from the bow to the side of the bag, this is actually the shoulder strap. At first I thought I was sent the wrong bag. I found this to be a little deceiving, so look closely at the pic. Even with that, I still like the bag and will be keeping it. "

Bizarre Sizing!
" I should have listened to the reviews. Live & learn, I guess.
The style of the shoe is super cute. Lots of compliments.
Unfortunately, the sizes are inconsistent. The first pair I ordered was humongous. Like I said, I didn't listen to the reviews and I ordered my regular size. For the second pair I paid attention to the reviews and ordered down. I didn't know if I should go 1 size down or 1 1/2 sizes down. Really glad I decided to only go down 1 size. The second pair is really tight. The way the first pair fit I didn't think I would have any problem with one size down being too tight. Inconsistent is the best way to describe. The shoe really should be tried on in the store to see if it will fit properly. I'm going to keep the second pair and hope it stretches out. I really love the style of the shoe. Sometimes comfort comes second to looking stylish.
Thank you DSW for free exchanges. No shipping either way when you exchange. So if your on the fence, order one size down, but down get your heart set on them. If all else fails, exchange for something different.
I think I'll steer clear of Heart Soul shoes in the future.

Don't hesitate!!
" I love getting compliments on my shoes. I usually buy really high heels in unique designs and then have at least two women comment on them when I'm out. Although these don't have my normal extreme heel I still receive numerous compliments when I wear them.
VERY comfortable, the crisscross straps are completely elastic, and I don't have any problem with the material used. The heel height is great, not too high and not too low. The only negative might be the weight of the heel, it's a little heavier than I thought they would be. I ordered the gold color and the picture doesn't show they are actually metallic looking. Even though I didn't expect that I still love the color. The shoes also appear to be good quality and well made.
Don't hesitate, highly recommend. I might even have to order more in different colors. "

VERY tight straps!!
" Most of my shoes are really high heeled, which isn't always practical with two young boys to run after. I wanted a good quality flip flop with a slight heel and thought these were the answer. This is the first pair of Teva sandals I have bought and although I thought it was a little pricey for a flip flop I loved the color and heel height. Very disappointed. The color was perfect, just as pictured, (blue geometric). The straps are VERY tight. Only when the shoes have extreme heels do I need to order a little larger. I also expected these to be better quality for the price. If I had kept the shoes I don't think they would have lasted more than one season.
I'm exchanging these for a really high heeled shoe (Carlos Santana Maui wedge in Fuschia) and will find a pair of flip flops at the local super store. "

It's okay
" Some may think it's a little large. I have two kids so I haul around a lot of stuff and need a larger sized bag. The print looks a little cheap, I was disappointed with that. I bought the brown color and was a disappointed that it isn't darker, I will more than likely have to wait for warmer weather to use it. I had bought it to go with a pair of boots I just received, now I will not be able to use it with the boots.
I was on the fence on recommending it or not, the print looks cheap so I decided not to recommend. If you want to try it for yourself wait till it goes cheaper.

Lot's of complements!!
" I have received many complements on these shoes. I wear high heeled shoes most of the time and found these very comfortable and easy to walk in. Unfortunately, they can be a little difficult to get on. The straps have to be adjusted and the zipper is a little stiff. Not a shoe you can just throw on and go. I still love them and don't think the difficulties getting them on should deter you from buying them. Very sexy shoe.

Not comfortable
" I mistakenly ordered a size too big, but I'm glad I did. The shoes were too narrow, and I think if I had the right size my foot would have hung over the side. After I had worn them for a couple hours my feet hurt. The inside of the shoe isn't smooth and really rub on the top and side. I also noticed that one shoe has a longer strap between the toes than the other shoe. I didn't notice this until I had worn them for awhile so I can't return them.
I ordered the multi-bright and the shoes are really pretty, but not pretty enough to recommend. "

Very pretty and feminine.
" Great shoes, the crochet is really pretty and feminine. I ordered the Ivory and they should go with everything. You could wear these to work or go casual in jeans or shorts.

Really wanted these to fit!!
" These shoes are too sexy!! The first time I saw them I had to have them. The shoes have great color and I felt the heel wasn't too high.
