" I typically love the fit of Kelly & Katie, but this boot runs WIDE if you have a narrow or medium foot (or else wear really thick socks). Otherwise, the platform which lessens the heel height is FABULOUS and it's a comfy shoe. Sure wish it wasn't so wide in the heel/ankle area

I walked/hiked all over South America in these! :-) Fabulous fit!....suede insole is well-cushioned for people with foot concerns, and patent colors in black and metallic match everything! CUTE HEEL :-) COMFY CUSHIONED INSOLE :-)
" The cute heel is gorgeous! The fact that this 2 3/4" heel has a 1/2" cushioned platform (not mentioned in the online description) makes this shoe feel like only a 2 1/4" heel--SO COMFY!!!! The toe is indeed tapered, so it's probably not the best for wide feet (unless you've got narrow toes :-D ) The RED patent color is gorgeously mottled, and the GREY patent color is beautiful and so versatile! You can wear it with practically any color! Would be nice if the bow was detachable, but you can still pull off this shoe with a business suit! Rubber sole is GREAT, too!

Good shoe, but need to ADD GEL PADS :-)
" Nice thicker heel, but you definitely need to ADD SHOE SOLE GELS, since there is virtually no padding in the foot! The 1/4" platform and 3" heel make the equivalent of a 2 3/4" shoe, which is nice.

" The thick gel cushion sole (not mentioned in the online shoe description is fabulous. The 3" heel minus the 1/2" platform makes it the equivalent of a 2 1/2" comfortable heel. The fabric on both the gold and the black have a beautiful color, sheen, and weather-coating to avoid stains....BUT the TAPERED TOE is SO TIGHT, it makes the shoe UNBEARABLE to wear! And, I have a narrow foot...with narrow toes--which even get pinched in this otherwise beautiful shoe :-P

Comfy but Odd skinny heel
" This heel is like putting on a comfy sock! The stretch knit top is great. The peep toe is cute, too....but, the skinny heel on this shoe makes it look really ODD viewed from the side while wearing it, because it is in such contrast with the mass of black patent and knit fabric in front. :-P

great hidden height with platform comfort!
" I bought this shoe in all 3 colors: patent black, patent nude, leopard, because of the comfort of a kitten heel hidden inside a high heel! I love how DSW typically lists the heel height plus the platform height, so all I have to do is to compute the difference to know the actual slope of the heel--I've found that when that difference is up to 2 1/2 inches, then the heel is comfy and can be worn painlessly for HOURS!!!! This Unisa Macra Patent Pump is 3 3/4" heel minus 3/4' platform, yetwith the sole cushion, the actual difference is more like a 2 3/4" heel inside. Pretty close to that 2/12" mark of comfort-wear! The Mary-Jane strap is AMAZING and no chance of loosing this shoe. Wish the heel was just a bit thicker, though. :-)

Phenomenal Boot :-)
" This boot is SUPER!!!! It is comfy, CHIC, contemporary, WARM, weather-wise with rubber traction, light-weight, NO high heel, yet adds about an inch of height, and has an easy zip-front! Sure wish that more boots were designed like this! It looks great with dresses, skinny pant legs...etc. PERFECT travel boot for trekking about cities or rural areas!
