Incorrect Calf Circumference

" I was so excited when I found these boots! They are really nice and most importantly, the description included that the calf circumference was 13 1/2". I have skinny calves and I have a difficult time finding boots that accommodate them. I ordered a size 8.5 since the reviews noted that the boots runs short. I usually wear a size 8. I was super disappointed when the boots arrived since the circumference is nowhere near 13 1/2". It was more like 15 1/2". I don't understand why the description includes that if it is untrue. What size do you have to get to have that 13 1/2" circumference? Aside from the calf circumference, the fit was perfect and they felt comfortable. I thought that I finally found my perfect pair of boots, but unfortunately not so. So disappointed!! "
