Grippy!
" The shoe's sole has grippy rubber with crazy shapes that hold onto anything six ways to Sunday. It's a little small as a 8.5 felt snug on me when I usually wear 8.5/9. Still, I've never had an issue with a New Balance shoe, so you may want to size up.

Holes for the Climacool lets in Water
" I wanted to love these shoes: great subdued grey with bright yellow insole. But the Climacool technology is really just holes even in the bottom of the shoes! If you run only on a treadmill or around a track, you should be fine. But if you're trekking through mud and rain, keep looking.

Bright, Comfy
" The color on these shoes are vibrant and look like a child colored it in. The style is a little loud for me but I couldn't beat the comfort. It runs on the smaller side as I wear 8.5/9 and the 8.5 is snug. The cushioning feels secure and there's a fair amount of flex in the sole.

Makes my foot look small
" With the rounded toe my toes aren't squished. One pair at the store had a weird knot where the stitching on the footpad poked my foot but I found a pair without the odd knot. Very soft interior and great fake leather -- it's so soft I wasn't sure but I haven't scuffed it yet so it's certainly more durable than real soft leather.

Comfy, Soft Leather
" I love the softness of this leather but I'm worried about how much damage I'll do walking the pavement. The scrunched front was odd-looking (and it flexes with you!) but I just prefer a cleaner looking toe.

Weird Arch Support
" The padding around the arch support had a ruffled edge which I was afraid would irritate my feet. It has wonderfully soft moleskin sole, but I was wary of the ruffled edge too much to take them home. I wanted to love this shoe!

Too Tight Toebox
" The part around the front of my foot was so tight that I sized up half a size, but then I walked out of the shoe. When I had my usual size, it was still too tight around my foot and when I wiggled my toes, the sole came out of the shoe. All this was at the store, so I hadn't worn it down yet.

Nearly Walked Out of Them
" The shoe has barely covered my toes so I had moments of nearly walking out of my shoes. Other than that, they're pretty comfortable, flat but with good arch support, cute interior pattern. Very casual, so unfortunately not appropriate for conservative work.

Snug Rain Boot
" It was one of only three styles available at the store. While it was a bit snug around the foot, it had a great balance of weight compared to the others. The shaft was snug around the calf as well, so those with thicker calves may find this too tight. With thick socks it might be too tight but with washable insoles, it's just fine. I wear a 8.5/9 in shoes and a 9 in this shoe was snug. They didn't have 10 or I'd try that.
