Narrower than expected
" This shoe was not as comfy as I was expecting. While the sole is supper cushiony and almost bouncy, its much narrower than other sketchers shoes I've owned. Also, because this is a "slip-on" shoe and not proper laces, they seem to have cut the shoe tighter so as not to slip off. This is unfortunate for me because I have a very high arch and they became uncomfortably tight as the day wore on. I think with time (as the memory foam wears down) they will become less tight, but I doubt they'll become my go-to shoe. "

So comfy!
" I bought these for a wedding I was attending, as I wanted a cute and comfy flat. I generally don't buy flats as they usually don't have much of a sole or support, but these did. The padded sole was very comfortable for a night of dancing. BUT the most surprising part was that fabric of the top portion was very soft and flexible (I bought the turquoise, but assume it would apply to the yellow too). I had a tiny bit of rubbing above my heel, but no blister or broken skin (which is pretty amazing for brand new shoes in my book). Now they're my go-to shoe when I can't get away with flip flops. The cutouts in the fabric make the shoe very appropriate for the hot weather right now. For the price of this shoe, I'm pretty amazed how much I love them. Plus this is the first time i've bought Steve Maddens since college and they've definitely improved their quality with this shoe at least. "

Great for snow, but very heavy
" These are great for snow and the cold. I can layer heavy socks under them because they run long and wide, but they are also super heavy because of the rubber and suede. I wore them following a blizzard and trudged through 2 feet of snow in them without getting wet or cold, but the right one started to rub my heel raw (only the right and through two pairs of wool socks) after a few hours and I realized its because the rubber meets the suede slightly differently than the left. I got these on clearance in store, probably because someone returned them from online ordering after noticing this same problem. I'm thinking that some moleskin on this weird part might fix the problem, but I won't have a chance to test it for like 7 months... oh well. I got the grey and I absolutely love the color, it goes with my puffy winter coat and my dressier wool ones because its so neutral. "

Not as comfy as expected
" Having had more than a few sketchers slip-ons I was surprised by how not comfy these were. The soles were stiffer than any i've had before, and these rub my feet like crazy. Like I had to go into a store while at the mall and buy new thicker socks because it got so bad after only an hour of walking. And this was not even the first time I wore them. I assumed I'd be able to break them in, but after a month or so and 10+ wearings, they still rub my pinky toe, my inner arch and my heel. "

" Comfy but take a while to break in. Wish there were more color options for this style. "

Comfy but treads not Wawa approved
" We purchased these for my boyfriend to wear to work since he has to work in a deli and freezer, and after wearing them for a month his boss informed him that the treads are not approved by Wawa corporate. These are the comfiest slip-resistant shoes he's had, but now we find out that he has to go back to the cheap ones that blow-out after a couple of months because only like 2 companies make approved treads (but their shoes are not supportive at all nor do they come in wide widths). Great color, but pinches toes
" I purchased these for an event because of the color (the mint green). I wore them for about 4 hours (almost all standing/walking) and by the last hour, they had started to pinch/rub my pinky toes. I also needed to put on a bandaid on my heels at the beginning of the night to prevent blisters. The top of the back of the shoe goes up pretty high which is why it was necessary. "

Comfy wedge
" These were perfect for a recent outdoor spring wedding I attended. I loved that I didn't have to worry about my heels sinking into the ground and they were comfy. I wore them for about three hours because once I started dancing, my feet swelled a bit and you could see the elastic straps cutting into my foot a bit. It didn't hurt, but it didn't look pretty either so I ditched them for bare feet on the dance floor. I got them in black on clearance in store since they were the only color on hand, but were also perfect for my immediate needs and will probably get worn many times in the future since they are so versatile. Also, for reference I normally wear an 11, but I purchased these in a 10 because an 11 wasn't available. They still fit and were comfy, but an 11 would probably be even comfier. "

Runs small
" I was really excited about finding some short rain boots that would be easy to slip on and off since I always have to change into different shoes once I get to work. Unfortunately these were way too tight. I'm in between sizes and I ordered up and they were still incredibly tight. It was a struggle to get them on with only tights on, I can't imagine what it would be like with socks. These are going back. "

Not quite right for tall girls
" I ordered these boots because I am tall (5'10") and rarely do "knee high boots" come anywhere close to my knee. Based On measurements I thought these would come to the bottom of my knee, but they ended up coming slightly higher. They hit at mid knee in the front. The back is shorter, so that part is fine and comfy. I have wide calves and these stretched to fit over tights and leggings, but I couldn't get them over jeans. Unfortunately due to lack of structure at the ankle and excessive amount of elastic the ankles droop some. However, I am glad that these at least reach my knee so I will keep them. I ordered an 11 (my normal size), and these were slightly long in the toe box, but a 10 would have been too narrow. Overall, they're very comfy: the first day I wore them walking around town all day for 10+ hours with no issues or rubbing. I only wish they had a zipper up the inside. Would have been perfect and helped with getting over jeans. "
