Mommy & Me Shoes
" I bought these shoes because my adult daughter used them throughout her pregnancy and thereafter. I had anticipated that they would fit my wide feet. I also selected the style because I wanted something more than a plain ballet slipper.
Unfortunately, the shoes cut into my lovely chubby instep. I was so surprised by that. Right now, I have the shoes sitting with very old wood stretchers in them, trying to make them fit my feet.
I will say that they seem well made. I have seen my daughter wear these shoes nearly year round for the past three years. The folding of the leather, on the top of the toes does make for a nice flair.
I just wish that that my instep would be accommodated better.

Summer Fling
" The sandal is cut nicely wide for my chubby little feet. I am happy about that. I am sad, however, because it is not all that elegant and it does not seem to be all that well made. I do not hold DSW responsible for that. In fact, I am grateful that they sell shoes for widgit feet like mine.
