" I got these shoes in black and LOVED them. Unfortunately, two of the finge-y straps broke the very first day I wore them. Luckily DSW customer service was outstanding and gave me a full refund. I don't know if I just got a bad pair or if a replacement pair would have had the same issue - but I noticed that none of the other reviewers had this problem, so maybe it was a fluke.

bad heel
" These shoes are SO cute and I get a ton of compliments on them. One problem...the heel came loose the 2nd time I wore them. Am hoping my shoe guy can fix it. Maybe this was just a fluke, but quality here was low.

Amazing!
" I bought these shoes in taupe for a wedding I'm standing up in. The taupe is very light, almost a nude (which is fine because that is actually what i was going for). I like the cut-out on the inside as I usually need a slightly wide shoe, Super cute, got lots of compliments :) May go back for another pair!
