good in between shoe for fashion and comfort
" I am not old at all. I have plantar fasciitis, just a little bit of it, mostly in my right foot. I have some narrow feet at that. It takes some getting used to, but it is an incredible feeling shoe! Heel isn't too high and I can walk on it for longer than I think I can handle. Best to wear this with some of those nylon footies. Get the shoe a half size down from what you're used to wearing; feels like a boat otherwise. Back of foot can use a guard. If you don't have the same foot condition I do but looking for a good office shoe with comfort, this is it. My mother said it looked like a shoe from the 20s, but it's part of my eclectic style.

probably a bit too narrow
" I saw the patent leather in the store, walked around in it, and almost fell in love. I went home and bought it online. The day I got them I wore them out at night and developed a blister on the inside of my right foot. I was hoping they'd stretch but I'm now realizing it's faux leather upper. So much for that. I don't know if it will give in time. The 8 was too small, 9 too long. Hoping this will be a winner in time.

not enough grip on the heel
" It just didn't look like I thought it would on my foot. It fit in the toes, but the back wasn't shaped right and it wasn't going to be practical to move around with on because the back fabric was too far away from the back ankle and heel.

keeping my toesies warm!!
" I saw a friend with these pair of boots in brown, but I needed black. The sale price was appealing so I bought it. LOVE is the word of the day. On the inside is all the fluffy faux fur and it is SO comfortable. Not joking.
Heads up that the bottom does not have super grip like any Timberland shoe would, and the flap across the top of the foot is real. You can even unbutton the flaps though there is a zipper in the arch part of the shoe. I wouldn't recommend walking in deep snow because it may get in under the flap. I haven't tried it, but I thought about that before walking in a foot of snow.
Overall, nice, very comfy, and fashionable. Goes with most outfits and with skinny jeans well.
