Classic, reliable flip flops
" I am a huge fan of Reef sandals - I have a few pairs that I've had for many years (like 10+ years) that never fail me. I like these because the foot bed is a little thicker (1-2") and I have high arches so these feel better when I'm wearing them for a while.

Perfect neutral flats
" Love these! I was in need of a new pair of tan/neutral flats, and bought these. I have narrow feet, and these fit great. I wore them a few days straight for a conference (read: walking all over the place) and they were great! They look good with dresses, jeans, dress pants, anything!
