Sweet little booties
" True to size. Nice, soft leather. The color is just as I expected from the online photos--a creamy vanilla tan. The soles even have a grippy rubber, nice for wet days.

we all know they're great....
" I won't bother giving a review of these shoes. They've been around so long and if you're looking at them, then you are probably going to buy them.
I will comment on the sizing, though. I wear a women's 8.5 and according to sizing instructions, I was told to buy a 7. I would probably have bought a 6 if I was comparing in-store and trying on. I would recommend trying these on in a store and figuring out the best size for you rather than going by the general sizing guidelines, as they are sized super large. "

Wow, they're shiny
" I read reviews that stated how shiny these are, but bought them anyway because of the great price. They are super shiny metallic silver. I was going to return them--I don't live near a DSW so I would have to ship them back--but the cost for return shipping wasn't worth it to me so I kept them. They seem like quality shoes, definitely for the price, but just know that they are really shiny. I'm sure I'll wear them, just not as much as I would if they were a little more toned down. They also seem to be comfy and true to size. Maybe I'll try to scuff them up a bit to make them more wearable.

Just what I was expecting
" Shoes look very well made. I bought the tan. The metal embellishments look rich and sturdy. I've not had a chance to wear them out---just around the house to test them out. The size is right on, as Nine West usually is. In the short time that I wore them, they were quite comfortable. I expect to wear them with skirts, shorts, jeans and dresses.

Comfy and affordable
" These boots feel much like they appear--comfy, slouchy, casual. Other reviewers mentioned how large they run so I ordered a half size smaller than I usually wear--sz 8 instead of 8 1/2. I would say that the 8 is ok but I also could have stayed with the 8 1/2 to accommodate thicker socks. So I would advise only going down a half size at most.
Also worth noting is that the toe and heel have some structural support. I wasn't sure what to expect from a sweater boot, but there is something in the heel and toe--cardboard? plastic? that gives those areas a little structure and protection. It's not uncomfortable but I think it's worth mentioning.
Overall, cute boot. Warm lining keeps your feet cozy and warm. I wish I would have stuck with my normal size but I will probably keep the ones I have. "

lovely shoe
" Fit is true to size. The upper leather is kind of an alternating shiny and matte finish with a reptile print. More of a dressy shoe than it is casual. Very pretty, very sleek.
