Waterproof, comfortable!
" On the Sorel website these boots are waterproof only, they were not meant for harsh cold winters or snow. So, I think they won't be as warm like your usual "snow" boots. If you're dealing with heavy rain though, these boots won't fail you! They are waterproof for sure.
I personally think you can use them for winters in some snow like here in nyc where you have to walk around & there's water everywhere. But technically they're not snow boots, they're more rain boots, the dsw description might've included snow by mistake. So they're not insulated. Maybe wear with warm, thick socks & problem solved.
They do run a bit small but not a lot though, 1/2 size was enough for me. I usually wear 8 1/2, bought a 9 for this pair, fits excellent. But I always go 1/2 size up & get a 9 with every rain / snow boot anyway. So if you usually buy shoes made for rainy or snowy weather, then do the same as your other boots "

Super cute!
" So cute!!! I think these boots are true to size. I've always worn an 8 1/2 in all my booties, and the 8 1/2 fit me perfectly fine. These boots aren't super wide, so I'll probably wear them with thin socks, but I don't think they run small.

" These booties are soo cute!! I love them! They run a tiny bit on the short side, I usually wear 8 1/2 in all bcbg pumps & sandals. But for these booties I had to exchange for a 9. So happy!

Worked great in snow!
" Walked around nyc for blocks and blocks, walked on snow, even some ice & stepped in puddles ...my feet were warm and dry! They were not slippery & they're super comfortable! I were these boots with normal thick socks, I think with wool socks my feet would be a little too hot. So far, great boots!

Very cute! But uncomfortable
" These booties are very cute!! i love to wear them with jeans rolled up around the ankles, but unfortunately they're uncomfortable to walk around long distances or all day. So, I'll probably wear them only if I don't have to walk around a lot. That's the only thing, otherwise very stylish!

Stylish & comfortable!
" I've walked around nyc for many days in these boots and they were really comfortable!! I wear them with jeans and I love the look. I'm also going to wear them with leggings, I think these boots & leggings will look cute! I usually buy 8 1/2 or 9 in boots, I got these in 8 1/2 & they were perfect. Love them!

Edgy & stylish!
" I love these booties! Despite some reviews that say they run small, I got the same size as I usually buy for all my booties. For me, the shoes fit just fine, they didn't feel like they run small. But I probably won't wear them with thick socks. They're very cute, I love the look! And you can wear them with skinny jeans, skirts or leggings! Love 'em!

Comfy, classic & stylish!
" I'm usually between an 8 1/2 or 9, I bought 8 1/2 & they fit great. So if you're between sizes go with the smaller size because they do run a bit long. I love how these shoes look! I feel like I can dress them up or down! So glad I got them!

Cute!
" When my booties arrived, i loved them! I was nervous to order them because there was another review saying they were uncomfortable & run long. I ordered my usual size anyway, and I'm glad i did! I think they are perfect & run true to size. So far they are comfortable, and I like how they look with skinny jeans!
