cute but....
" I loved the look of these boots and have bought white mountain before, the thing is, they tore up the back of my heels to the point of bleeding and blisters, so breaking them in is key. I'd order a size larger than your used to, to avoid that issue. I'm a 9 or a 9 and a half, so I should have ordered a 10.

Great boots
" I have been searching for great leather boots that are tall enough but don't make me look like a pirate that are good for all kinds of outfits.
The leg is a little tighter than I imagined and I have been wearing them quite a bit which has stretched the leather out. The 9 fits and is better after breaking them in, but I wonder if I should have gotten a 9 1/2. I would order up if you're concerned with zipping them up (calf size) because I was surprised how tight they were.

great boots
" I have a pair of white mountain panda boots i bought that I wore the soles out. I plan on getting them re-soled, but I bought these boots in the meantime as I have always been a big rocket dog fan. They did not disappoint. As others mentioned, I tend to wear them all the way up and not folded down, they hit about 6 inches below my knee. They look great with jeans tucked in, with leggings and skirt or sweater dress and are WARM. I live in NY and we have rain/snow you name it, and these guys go with it. Lots of traction too. They are also easy to pull on and off. I highly recommend them.

GREAT boots
" I have been on a never ending quest to find the perfect boots. For years, I never seemed to shop at the right times, and when I did find a pair, they were just too expensive. Other pairs I found fell apart after a few wears. I saw the recommendations for these and I have a pair of White Mountain Sandals that I love, so I bought these. I was NOT disappointed. These are great boots and I am very very happy with my purchase! I'm hoping they stand up to the rain/snow/ slush of New York winters and waterproofed them, so I actually feel prepared!
