could have been better
" I ordered 7.5, after reading how narrow and short it was for some shoe lovers. (I'm a 7) Ugh! I would have to wear trouser sock if I wanted to wear any socks at all with the boot. I wanted to love it and keep it because I can see that it's style would be flexible but the boot, didn't look good or feel good on my feet. So I had to return it.

as I expected
" I've got several Born shoes and they have always been a consistent size 7. I was looking for metallic colored oxfords, but these were the closest thing I could find with the right amount of detailing, not over budget, knew would be comfortable, and would fit. Unfortunately its not a metallic color, but it's got everything else going for it.

Daily wearable
" I love Franco Sarto shoes! This fits nicely on my narrow feet. The straps don't bite and the shoe is light. I wear them with a ton of my outfits. Great summer sandal. Gives you height but at the same time, keeps you level. Didn't need to change my normal sizing with Franco Sarto shoes.

Sweet boot!
" Can't wait to wear them for the fall! It's got fun faux fur lining inside and out. Most like I won't be wearing them into the snow or rain here in sunny CA, but I'll probably water proof them later if I am going to. It's made out of leather so I suspect it will leak in water. I'm usually a 7 when it comes to Born shoes, but I went up a half size because of the other reviews which I'm glad I did. I defiantly be wearing light thin socks in them to keep the shoes fresh, which the 7.5 size has room for. Plus the inner zipper lining rubs against my calf and is very irritating. Socks will help. Got the boots in taupe color which is a tad darker than in the pictures. I'm keeping these babies.

What happened?!
" I'm a big fan of Franco Sarto, as their shoes, for me are always comfortable and fit very well. Somethings happening to their construction! The shoe was too narrow in the toe box area. And made my heel area look too empty. I wanted to love and keep this pair so badly. But it would have hurt my feet within 30mins of walking in them. I ended up getting the greys but had to return them :( I've got narrow thin feet , so finding pumps to stay on my feet are hard. Sarto usually has great work. Sigh, to bad for me.

Tight-narrow Toe box
" I got the black suede and the navy ones. This one I liked the fabric and color of the bow better as with the general shoe fabric. Same problem for me for both pairs was the toe box being to tight which made the pairs less practical to wear. It needs for me to be a little wider in the box area, as it was squeezing my toes together. And I have narrow feet too. Also had to return these pretty shoes :(

Love them
" This is my second pair of Barries by Tahari. I love them!
I have narrow feet so typical pumps, loafer, mjs, or anything without a strap over my arch will slip off my feet. These fit perfectly on me. The fabric they use stretches some what with normal wear. The bottoms are comfortable.
