Perfect fit, excellent boot
" All the great quality I have come to expect from Merrell. Another winning style. Love these! Great sole and perfect shaft height for underneath pants or over leggings. Unique design! I got the brown -- and may be back for more!!

Great quality but poor design
" Material was better than expected for the price point; fit around the foot was excellent, and color was great. However, the seam shown in the photo bulges oddly when you put the boot on -- causing a big lump in the shoe shaft right above the ankle. Very awkward and uncomfortable. Returned.

Great idea, not so great shoe
" I love Crown Vintage shoes, but this one was a no go. Shaft is straight up and down, so it feels tight around the middle of the calf (never had a boot do that before). Also, shine of the material makes it look pretty "plastic" -- might fit better on someone else, and the buckles look great. Just not for me.
