Runs short, but very comfy

" I went up a whole size (from my usual 8.5 to a 9.5) so that my toes weren't squeezed. Once I did, I was able to stand and walk all day in complete comfort. The insole is thick and padded, not flat. I find that I am having to size up in all brands' ballet flats, not just with this particular shoe, because I hate having my toes squeezed. An insert in the heel made the fit perfect. "

Heartbreaker!

" I tried three sizes in this shoe before I gave up - my regular 8.5, then a 9, then a 9.5. I adore the kick of color - this is the perfect pumpkin orange for fall, and the patent really pops against your typical black or charcoal grey fall outfit. However, the Shoe Gods have deemed that narrow pointy toes are back in style, and this shape just wouldn't accommodate the ball of my foot. With the 9.5 my heel was flapping out of the back, but my big toe was still pinched. So sad! "
