Ugly and unfunctional
" My first impression when I got this item was that it didn't look anything like the pictures online. The purse looked cheap. Then, when I tried to open and close the zippers, they were almost nonfunctioning. I could not easily get into the purse nor close it back up after putting something into it. Purse is going back to DSW.
