" I had purchased my normal size, and these shoes fit great for several days. After that, the leather dramatically relaxed, and I literally started to walk out of the shoes. I would like to exchange for a smaller size; however they appear to be sold out. Too bad - this is a very sweet and neutral shoe! I would recommend this shoe one size down.

" I bought the Password Pump in turquoise. Color is just beautiful. This shoe is well-balanced and comfortable for work. The heel height works great with a suit. I appreciate the roominess of the toe box, however the heel area is a bit wide, and I need to wear heel pads to keep the shoes from slipping off.
