" I do a lot of walking, often on packed snow sidewalks as well as trails. I've had many pairs of NB trail running shoes, and these are performing up to standard. They are very comfortable, requiring little to no breaking in, and provide excellent traction on packed snow and ice. Would recommend. they do seem to run slightly wide, but I wear thicker wool socks with these, so it's not a problem for me.

" I was looking for black ankle boots, preferably in suede, but I saw these and tried them on and I was sold! I love the details and the heel is the perfect height for me. They may run a little short; I had to get an 8-1/2, when I've been an 8 for the the past several years. My feet may have grown a bit though, and I also like wearing thicker socks with boots. No breaking in required, despite a bunion on one foot.

" Lightweight and comfortable. I often have trouble finding running that work for me, as I have a bunion on one foot. These didn't require any breaking in, and since there's no detailing across the bunion area, there's no pain
