Comfortable AND adorable
" I needed to replace a pair of black sandals that had died of old age, and thought this would do the trick. I need sandals with a lot of coverage; just a strap doesn't hold for me. These have a lot of nice detail, but all of that detail holds them on without pinching between the big toe and the next one down. A simple thong really bites me there so this sandal takes all the pressure off. The straps come all the way up the instep. Cute and comfortable. Lots of good support. They look very very flat, but there is a little bit of a heel, which is good for me.

Unbelievably cute
" These shoes are a mix of textures - matte leather, shiny metal and red patent leather - and just too cute for words. They were a little tight across the opening at the tip, but they are leather, so will soften with wear. They have a good height heel, not perfectly flat, not too high, and are different enough that they will get a lot of wear. As cute as can be.

So so pretty
" Italian leather is a wonderful thing. These flats are exactly what you would expect from Gucci, soft Italian leather, fine finishing details, comfy. They were a sqoosh snug, but this good quality leather has some give, so as you wear them and they warm up, they aren't really tight at all. The color is lighter than the picture, a soft robin's egg blue, perfect for spring. They look very tailored, but can go very pretty, for a nice dress occasion, too. Such nice shoes!

Such a cute, casual flat
" These flats are fantastic looking. The rope detail on the toe continues around the outer edge, and the blanket stitch is really good looking. The black upper is leather; the combination of rope and leather is visually interesting and makes them a much more stylish shoe than if they had been rope and canvas. I normally wear a 9.5 or a 10. The 10 is a squoosh too big, but they didn't come in 9.5, and I knew the 9 wouldn't fit, so I ordered the 10s. They were not falling off big; I would have returned them if that was the case. But they will be fine with socks; I guess I was thinking I could wear them bare foot, but now I'll try them with some socks. They are really comfy, soft with some support in the shoe bed. The bit detail is interesting, with a buckle, a bit and some leather and rope. The leather is blackish; I wouldn't call it gray but it isn't the darkest black shoe I've ever seen. This is a definite summer casual that will look great with jeans, but because of the leather, could go with a casual trouser or skirt. Lots of manufacturers don't do 9.5; why is that?

Beautiful color, very comfy, adorable flat
" I went to the new West Covina store to return a pair of flats that I had ordered online, because they were too big. Fortunately, they had the smaller size - yippee - and right next to them, these absolutely fabulous royal blue flats. The color is called navy blue, but the color is much richer and more beautiful than dark dark navy blue, more like a gorgeous deep royal blue. They run true to size; I usually need a 9.5 or a 10 and the 9.5s fit perfectly. They are very flat, with no height at the heel, so if you need flat shoes because of a back problem, these are a good choice. The detail on the toe is very cute. It's a bit with a tassel. The picture makes it look huge, like the leather tassel will bounce around and maybe even hit the ground, but in reality, it is really proportional to the toe, not too long and while it does have some movement, it's very interesting and a little bit different.

Runs big, but sooooo cute
" I ordered these in 10s from the website. I normally wear a 9.5 or a 10. The 10s were enormous. They were long and very very wide. I returned them to the store, where they had a 9.5! Yippee. Such a cute flat. Very very comfy, a nice brown tweed, with adorable detail on the top. They are going to look so cute with jeans, as well as with a nicer casual trouser. They are not perfectly flat. They had a small amount of wedge, probably less than 1/2 inch, but a tiny bit of lift.

The most beautiful ballet flat in the world
" This shoe is gorgeous. It runs a teeny tiny bit narrow. I normally wear a 9.5 or 10; the 10s are the exact right length and just a squosh narrow, though not uncomfortable, through the instep. I am guessing that the exquisite Italian leather will have a little give, so as they soften, they will not feel tight at all. But even stiff and not broken in, right out of the box, they are not so narrow that I would return them. The color is a bit more lavender, not lilac, not purple, just a hint redder than the sky blue which my computer made them look, but that makes them even more useful for me. Beautiful leather, beautiful workmanship, even the metal bit is gorgeous. They are stylish! I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a gorgeous alternative to dumpy old walking shoes. So very very pretty.

favorite flip flops
" This is the 10th pair of these I've owned. They have enough sole and arch support to make them very comfy to walk around in, and they hold up really well if I wear them to water or even clean the pool. Highly recommend.

Really cute and pretty comfy for lots of walking!
" Needed a pair of shoes for a walking trip. Didn't want them to look like they belonged in the gym. These are very very cute. Not as comfy as a true gym shoe, because the soles are a little thinner, but certainly will work for what I need them for. Cute, not a gym shoe, looks like a great walking shoe. Will work for what I need them for.

" These espadrilles on platforms are soooooo cute. But they run long, so I returned them to exchange for the next size down. Usually wear a 9.5, will try these in a 9. So cute, the bow on the front is adorable. Love the rope around the platform.

Really comfy sandals!
" This sandal has a gently high heel, great for a back that has some problems with high heels. The straps are wide enough to hold the sandal on comfortably, so the thonginess is fine, doesn't rub on the toes. Very cute, very comfortable. Love these.

The perfect loafer
" I was looking for a loafer that was throw on and go and these are them! They are a little long and a little wide, which gives me room for a heavier sock if I want. They are patent leather, which is so completely unexpected for a knock around shoe. And the soles are very flexible, with just enough heel for excellent comfort. Really love these.

fantastic every day bag
" The mixed textures which are not quite the same color give this bag great visual appeal. The inside is a single, big compartment, so stuff does drop to the bottom, but there are enough little pockets on the inside that my cellphone and keys have their own homes. I love the way it looks and it is great for every day because it is so roomy. It's also very very light, even full of stuff, like a water bottle and an apple, so it is great to use on a daily basis.

" I saw this in the store and hesitated. Then I spent days thinking about it, so I ordered it online. This purse is perfect! It is big enough, but still light. It has pockets and dividers, so things don't sink. It is an absolutely gorgeous color and the mixed textures look elegant. Really glad I bought it.

white Minnetonka sandals
" I own these sandals in black and love love love them. They are nicely padded and have a good arch support. The DSW store near me closed (!!!) so I ordered these by mail. Big mistake! The stitching on the thong between the toes was slightly crooked, causing the leather to twist just a tiny tiny bit. Nothing discernable to the eye, but enough to RUB. They went back the same day they arrived. Thank goodness for free shipping. Buying sandals by mail is too risky - I'll find another DSW store. But the sandal is well designed and built for someone with foot and back problems. But be aware that not every pair of sandals from the same manufacturer, even in the same style, will be the same. That thong bit would have given me a blister if I had given it a chance, and yet the sandals that I tried on and purchased in the store are perfect. I don't recall if I had to try on multiple pairs to find one that was smooth and comfy in the thong, but I won't buy leather sandals online again. Too risky.
