Pleasant surprise
" I was looking for a chocolate brown shoe to match a pair of pants. These shoes are not as they are pictured. They are COGNAC! But they are so beautiful I'm keeping them and buying something to match them. The suede is so soft, the leather is beautiful, I love these shoes! They are what I call "bare foot" shoes, no socks needed. For me, that's major, about 3 out of 100 qualify.

Sizing way, way off
" I ordered my regular size 8. Too big, returned. Received 71/2. Too big, returned. Received 7. Fit. If they weren't very cute, I would not go to so much trouble. I hear black and white is a stong trend in fashion. The fabric straps around the ankle are comfortable. The height of the heels is what it is. Some will think it's too high, others will put up w/ it for the look.

perfect with skinny jeans
" these are more gray than taupe but they are soft and pliable and very comfy. I love the way the top of the boots will squish to meet the bottom of skinny jeans. haven't worn with skirts or shorts but I bet they would be great.

love this brand
" Love the insole. Love the leather, so soft, so flexible, no break in. Ordered the narrow width. Perfect fit. I never find sandles in narrow that are CUTE. The nude color is so versitile.

" Total comfort for my daily 3 mile walk. I gave 4 stars because they are showing wear on the outside arch. Lightweight, great traction. For my foot, love them. They also double as a great hiking boot.

practical way to do this trend
" I saw the upscale version of this show last year on someone and searched all season. Sold out everywhere (the Ledger). But this is a wiser choice for a trendy style. Bought the taupe. Really nice neutral. Synthetic fabric looks like suede. The top is too wide for me to wear under jeans but I have skinny calves. But covering them up would be a shame.

Comfortable, look great, so soft
" I have skinny calves, most boots look like fireman boots on me. These don't have that gap. Because of the slouchy leather upper, they would work for wider calves too. The neutral color looks great on a bare leg.

Attention getter!
" I have narrow feet and these fit me. I usually have to go down half a size but didn't on these. Got a blister at the toe opening first time wearing. I don't care because they are so hot. I'm going to wear them with socks or tights for cold weather. Gotta love shoes that get compliments...these do!
