bad surprise
" This was NOT what I had waited for: I was under the impression that this was a steel toed work boot; IT IS NOT ! Be careful how you describe these things because someone will be less pleasant as I am when they end up getting the wrong thing! Needless to say, I will keep these anyhow to avoid the hassle of returning and causing anymore headaches. For your description, you get an absolute ZERO! F- !
