" This has to be a mistake. They say Size 9 but are HUGE! They are bigger than a women's 11. I wear a 9 or 9.5. If anything, 9's are too small on me, never too big. Yikes!

" These are very inflexible and hard. Not comfortable, especially for a "sneaker."
But worst of all, they are noticeably puckered at the toe of the shoe (see picture.) Poor quality, and bad quality control. These are going back!

Sadly they broke
" I see from other reviews that this problem is occurring with other customers. While these shoes are very comfortable and nice looking, the the braiding detail on the top of the shoes come apart. This happened on both shoes! I have probably worn them 8 times, and am not an athlete or do any type of rigorous physical activities. Hopefully they will listen to us and correct the problem.

Very poor design
" The left shoe hugs my foot and fits well. The right one is so loose that it slides right off when I walk. Very poor design. What a shame...

Very disappointed
" These are too short and too tight (I am an size 9, on the narrower side.) Also, the thong for in between the toes is NOT comfortable. OUCH! So disappointed. I thought with a name like Naturalizer, they would be super comfortable.

I love these!
" I'm glad I read the reviews and went up a size. I'm normally an exact size 9 and got the size 10- they fit well. They're a tiny bit big, but work. I LOVE the rose gold color and as everyone else has said, they are super comfy.
The first pair was very flawed (small hole/tear with glue over it) so I sent that one back and got a different pair. The new ones are great. Just be sure you really check yours out right when you get them.

A size 9?? Really?
" I totally agree with the last review!! I always wear an exact size 9 and these are WAY too short and a little bit tight on me. I would also try the 9 1/2 but that is not available- the size 10 could be too big. Ugh...
