cute basic flat
" I needed a basic everyday pair of black flats and that's exactly what I got. Not crazy about the toe cleavage, but I'll keep them. Don't have the time to return and purchase something else. They ARE cute and a step above all those cheap cloth flats. "

Nice basic flat
" These are nice shoes. I tried them on in the store and loved them. I ordered them online and when they came in they were not as comfy as in the store. They definitely require some breaking in, for me. It seems other reviewers had better luck with this. I will keep them though. "

Not a shoe to buy without trying on first!
" I was looking for a simple black leather flat and loved the look of these, so I ordered them. Unfortunately, when I tried them on, the toe box cut across the joint at the base of my big toe - leading to major pain while walking across my apartment. I usually wear a 7.5-8, so I first ordered these in 7.5 (way too small), then switched to 8, hoping that would help. No avail, the toe box continued to pinch at the joint. If the toebox seemed to give a little, I might have toughed it out to break them in, but it didn't give at all. Others find these flats comfortable, so I guess it just depends on your personal anatomy - recommend trying on in store before buying! "
