Great Look, A Tad Long
" I love the overall look and comfort of these flats. In addition to the black one that I bought here, I also have the camel one and have gotten many compliments on it. The look is simple and great with different styles. The only issue is that I ordered the black one in "W" (wide) and its great but the shoe runs a little big. I normally wear a 7 but may have to exchange it for a 6W instead. "

Too Small
" I ordered these in a 10 which is what I wear 99% of the time. The 10 was way to small, and therefore uncomfortable. I will be returning but may try a larger size. My low ratings are based on the fit of the 10. If I try a bigger size, and that turns out to be more comfortable, my rating could change. "

SM Heaven flats
" I purchased the "cognac" color and had them shipped. I got them last night and decided to wear them to work today. First the positive - they match the purse (also described as cognac) I purchased from DSW exactly!! They are a nice classic flat too. Now the negative - Before I even left the house I put bandaids on my heels b/c of the rub. I'm glad I did, very stiff. Hopefully, like many reviewers stated, they will break in quickly. Nice simple style, but does show a lot of toe and gaps on the sides, not a great fit. It's only been 3.5 hours and there are already creases and bends where I've flexed my foot :( I can see the glue where the sole and upper meet and imperfections and very slight scuffs on the leather. "

" This is my second pair of these flats! They may seem a bit tight at first, but the material definitely stretches out after a few wears! They are super comfy and runs true to size. Love the tan color too! "
