great flat!
" This shoe looks just like the picture. I got the cognac color and it is a light brown that will work great for casual outfits. I am usually between a size 71/2 or 8. I usually go with an 8 and itll fit just right or be just a little big. So I did get the 8 in this and my toes fit good but it is a little loose in the heel area, but I think any smaller wouldve pinched my toes. Overall I am happy but it might run just a tad long. "

Take the time to break in these gems!
" Firstly, I love the Heaven. I had two pair of the originals in black patent leather and tan patent leather. The black are my all time favorite flat and I wore so much there were holes in the soles and the heels. LOVE THEM! So, I needed a black replacement pair. These have the same cut as the original but the material is MUCH STIFFER. You need to wear these around your house for a day or two before you can wear these out to street festival or the zoo or the park without issue. Work the shoe. Bend the soles, play with the shoe in order to make it more pliable and comfortable. They do seem sturdier than the first generation and the soles seem a little tougher too - like they'll hold up longer. They do run a hair small. I wear an 8 in most shoes (old pair were 8s) and the 8s are snug but they will probably stretch a bit. Also, these are not for people with wide feet. It is a narrow shoe and the soles are very slim as well.
Once broken-in these will be your go-to flats for everything. Really a fantastic shoe. I honestly hope SM makes these forever. They are the best flats i've ever found! "

Love the color but came damaged!!:(
" I was really looking forward to getting these shoes. However when they arrived there was a fade on the left shoe and the right shoe had a defect in the leather. The defect looked like it would eventually tear with normal use. I sent them back hoping to get a more decent pair since the color is what I need in my flats collection. "
