Good basic flat
" I've been looking for a new pair of black ballet flats and was glad to find these. I have small narrow feet (size 5), and these fit well. I definitely expect to wear these a lot. "

They could be really great shoes!
" I bought this pair of shoes in cognac last year and I tought they would be as comfortable as my first pair. Unfortunately, I was wrong. Got them last week and already worn them twice. They are comfortable for a couple of hours or if you know that day you are not going to move a lot. They are narrow and I usually never have a problem with that. It is a good item but they run short so if you still like them, get half a size up. "

Classy, Comfortable and Keeps its Shape
" I got these because I worn out my last pair of black flats. I was a little bit skeptical about the low-edges on either side but went ahead and got them because I know Steve Madden to be a good brand. I was right! They have kept up their shape even after a bit of walking (though not a lot), and are very comfortable. They are also very classy and I can wear them to work, and even though I'm short they show so much of your foot (yes the little toe creases do show), they make you look long and lean regardless. The pointed toe is a very nie touch, as are the reinforced heels. A very good buy and will probably my new little black flats for awhile! "

One is good, and one isn't
" I have purchased these in-store before and they are my very favorite pair of shoes. I have the cognac color and I wear them all the time with everything. They are not very supportive so you might want to consider putting an insert inside of them. Now about the title of my review... I recently purchased these online and my luck wasn't as good as before. One of the shoes was perfect, just like the pair I already own (and have worn out). On the other shoe, the leather was shriveled and wrinkled and did not look like its mate. I am taking them to a DSW store to exchange them. "
