"I have probably bought this shoe in black, or other colors, about 4 or 5 times! It is a simple, comfortable shoe. I destroy mine quickly by wearing it too much."

I Bought These Twice
"I love these shoes, and bought my first pair a little over a year ago. I wore them so much, that they were starting to wear a little, so I ordered a "replacement" pair for when the first pair officially gives out. I normally wear a 7.5, but I would recommend ordering an 8 as they do run a little short. The 7.5 still fits, but not as comfortably as the 8."

Don't Even Bother
"These shoes, while cute and comfortable, are poorly made. I purchased the cognac and black. They do not hold the shape. God forbid you get them the slightest bit wet. The shoes stretch and never return to the original shape and show water stains."

"Unfortunately these flats run short. And being a size 12 I've maxed out the size options! I would estimate that these shoes run half to a full size short."

"I wear these shoes to death! I bought Black and Tan, they are great. However, They are not super sturdy, the inside material is already wearing off and I don't think they will last more than a year of constant use."

Perfect flats!
"I wish I could get these shoes in every style and color! The conac goes with everything and they are super comfortable. I ordered a 9, which is my usual size and they fit perfectly. They were a little snug when I first put them on, but the leather stretches after you where them."

No heaven for me in these
"I was stoked after reading the many reviews praising the Heaven, but I'm disappointed in the lack of support. Missing the comfort factor. Definitely shapes to my wide feet, I just wish there was some cushion to support them! I won't be returning them as I have worn them multiple times already (in hopes I would feel differently)."

Classic flats done right
"I bought these in both the tan and black and I love them! They are really comfortable, but they did run a bit short. I am a consistent 7.5 so after reading other reviews, I decided to order an 8. I'm glad I did! They were such a perfect fit."

Falling apart and misshapen

These Wear Out Easily
"I bought my first pair of these online. They did not last through any sort of precipitation and regular wear. I picked up another pair at a local DSW store. The second pair started falling apart even sooner and were in even worse shape than the first pair that I'd worn for months. The back seam was ripping and there were water stains everywhere. The leather was folding at the sides, too.
They are very cute, though and stretch to wider feet fairly well. I just would not recommend wearing them daily and definitely not in the rain."

"I bought this shoe in black patent about two years ago, and fell in love with the simplicity and comfort of the shoe. There is a bit of a "breaking in" period for this shoe, but I've worn a pair of shoe liners with them and have had no problems with blisters or hot spots. This is definitely my favorite pair of flats, so now I have them in multiple colors!"
