"I am usually between a 6 and a 6 1/2, and I ordered a 6 1/2 based on the other reviews, but the shoes are definitely too long. The patent leather seems a little stiff also and I'm not sure if I will reorder because they seem stiff enough to cause blisters before they're broken in. The wide width seems right on though, I'm guessing the regular sizes might be a little on the narrow side."

Never Again
"I have wide feet regardless of being pregnant. Steve Madden and I have never gotten along, but I figured I'd give it a shot. Was looking for a pretty patent leather flat to wear in a wedding. There is no room for toes in these shoes, and they are VERY uncomfortable in the length... my foot fit in the shoe fine, but the design of the shoe and the design of my foot did not mesh."

Good quality but sizing is off
"These are definitely good quality shoes except that they run 0.5inch up. I ordered my usual size 7.5 but 7 would have been good. Also they give toe cleavage which I dont prefer. And side coverage is low. Hence returning them."

Comfy flat.
"Comfortable and true to size. They are a little hard so they need to be broken in. I bought the grey patent pair. The grey is nice and is a perfect flat to just have in your closet. Good for office and casual wear. Good buy."

Good Solid Flat
"The sizing of this shoe is a little odd, but once you figure out what size works for you, its a great flat. I have this shoe in the nude color and in the bright purple color, and I bought it in two different sizes. I first bought the purple in medium width, in a 12, one size up from my normal size, and then I found the nude in wide width in 11, my normal size. I didn't notice much of a difference with the wide width, and the length of of the 11 felt a bit short. For me, one size up was absolutely the way to go. Its a great basic flat, and for the price, you can get it in different colors and finishes. For me, its a go-to flat for work, or nights out in the city when I want to look polished, but still be comfortable."

"Ordered these in wide width and glad that I did. The WW wasn't as wide as regular WW I'm used to, so I can only imagine how the regular width would've fit. There is some toe cleavage, but I don't mind that. Even though they're are flats, these shoes do need some breaking in prior to extended use."
