Pretty Perfect Wide Boot for the Price
" I have difficult to fit feet. Wide at the toe, narrow at the ankle, and I just don't like uncomfortable shoes. But, I'm only 30, so I don't like most of the matronly, unstylish selection available in wides. This boot works for me.
I ordered 8 different pair of wide, black ankle boots trying to find the right one. I was torn between the Nine West Solset and Clark's Dara III. For comfort, you can not beat the Clark's. That boot was more comfortable than my tennis shoes. The quality of the leather was also much nicer. It was hard to return it. But it had a rounded toe, a less sleek look, and a fatter, shorter heel, making it less stylish.
The Nine West Solset still had some padding. It felt more comfortable than any of my other work shoes. The square toe makes it fashionable and the cut is classic. I will get lots of use out of this with jeans, trousers, or maybe even dresses. A great buy. "

Comfortable walking bootie
" These are very comfortable square- toe boots. The fit is very roomy, even with thick socks. When I tried them on I wondered if I should exchange them for 1/2 a size down. I decided to keep them and they seem to be working out. The heel is very stable for walking. I would have preferred the heel to be a smidge lower to be easier on my lower back, but that is probably a personal preference. They look good under jeans. "
