Don't like new design
" I've had a pair of this very same brand and style boots for several years now and loved them. Because they were getting kind of worn, decided to get another pair. The old pair fits really well and is very comfortable. The new ones, even though the same size, are wider and leather is stiffer. Because of the extra width, my heals come up and not comfortable to walk in. I'm very disappointed that I have to return them because I really like the look of these boots and the heels are just the right height. Please make these in narrow width, Nine West! "
