it's getting better
" I've never owned a pair of boots like this, something you can wear to work place and standing there whole day, and your feet is fine!
I love flats but I am also petite, I was looking for something add a little bit height, look nice, a little bit official :-) most of my shoes are on the casual side.
The first day I wear it, it was a little bit stiff, but later on, it's very comfortable.
My friends recommended DSW to me, I love it! DSW is the only place I want to shop for nice shoes. "

Not the same boots - poor heel design
" I purchased this shoe four years ago and wanted a replacement pair. It was very comfortable for walking all day and provided just the right height to make it dressy enough for work. THIS boot, however, looked the same but the the fit around the ankle is too loose which causes the back of my heels to rub up and down against the inside of the boot when walking. I felt like my feet were going to slip out. I tried on a half size smaller at a store, but it wasn't any different. Customer service told me that the boot is now manufactured by a different source which may account for the design flaw. Too bad - it could have been the perfect boot for me. "

Hate them
" I hate these boots. They are out of date. Ugly red in person. They are too throw back to the 70's ala leisure suits. Also they have a black mark on the shaft that looks like a perm marker. I'm returning them as soon as I can get to town. "

Great Looking Bootie!
" I have searched all over for a Navy Blue Boot to go with a beautiful Navy Pant Suit my husband purchased for my birthday and where did I find it? Right here at DSW! These are absolutely quality leather booties. Fit my 8 medium foot just perfectly and are just what the doctor ordered...can't wait for the Florida weather to cool down so I can "strut my stuff" in my whole new outfit... "
