Love Love Love
" I bought this boot in cognac. It has become a staple in my fall/winter wardrobe. They are super stylish and super comfy- which is a difficult combo. I plan on purchasing a second pair just to be sure that I have a back-up. You will not be disappointed! "

Shaft too wide for slim legs
" These boots did not work for me; they were simply too wide in the shaft. There was both extra room in the ankle and at the top of the boot. (The picture from the rear of the boot is accurate: that is, the ankle is wide.) The "dip" in the front of the boot is also deep enough that it looked shorter head-on than I was after. The boots appeared to be made decently (what you expect for the actual, not listed, price), but were not anything "special." I ordered a 7 and they fit true to size in terms of length and width of the footbed. I returned these in favor of a pair of Franco Sarto's that fit better and were better made overall. "

Great fit! Good price and good construction.
" Now I know, like a lot of us, I would be skeptical about a boot if the hardest part to fit would be my calf (wide calf, not wide foot). I measured and thought I'd need like 17 inches. But I also thought I was mis-measuring, or measuring at the wring spot.
I tried them on in the store and they fit like a glove, I wear a 9 1/2 or 10. Probably could have done a 1/2 size smaller but wouldn't be able to wear socks and the calf would have been too tight and got them in a 10.
So know that as the sizes get smaller, so does the calf. So please go and try them on in the store or use a plus-size shop for other options, just don't bash the boots!! "
