Not what I expected
" These boots looked fabulous online. Although the color and style are nice, these boots run really large. Also the strapping which runs around the calf is way too loose, even on the tightest setting. Because of the slack with the strapping, the boots do not stand straight up as pictured, and droop down. I would not recommend to anyone for purchase. "

Fun and practical boots
" Wore these to a comedy show with skinnies - the one thing that I would change about these is that I would like to have the top strap a bit more adjstable (tighter) at the top. The top of the boots gapped a bit as they were a bit looser than I would like. My calves are not huge but not small either. These were comfortable and not at all hot - I am going to waterproof them! "
