High & Slightly Narrow
" When I tried this shoe on I noitced the tightness around mid to bottom of the foot, however the heel of my foot was a bit loose in the rear of the shoe. Based on the info I won't send these back for a larger size. The shoes is very attractive. I must practice wearing such a high heel over time. "
