disastrous redesign
" I bought a pair of these in summer 2013 and they were far and away the best pair of flats I’ve ever owned. I wore them everywhere, recommended them to multiple people, planned to buy more. I bought a new pair this summer and noticed that the look of the top of the shoe had changed slightly. Unfortunately, the construction and quality have changed more than slightly. The fit felt okay at first, but after less than two months wear the shoes have lost all shape, the insides have split, and I’m worried the leather at the front of the shoe will give way entirely. I don’t know when the redesign hit, but if you’ve loved these shoes in the past, be wary of purchasing replacements. "

Shoe re-design compromises quality
" These used to be my favorite flats. Every time a pair wore out, I bought another. I work retail, and they were comfy to stand in all day. I used to recommend this shoe to friends who worked in retail.
I just bought two new pairs, and they don't fit. The price is the same, but the quality is very poor. They are no longer contoured to fit your foot, and run very small. I'm very disappointed and I have no choice but to return them. "

My go to shoe!
" I wear this nini shoe (different colors) every day to work! It's the only shoe that is comfortable! I just ordered a second pair in black to be my "nice shoes" because my first pair is scuffed up after a year of wear. Excellent bunion shoe! Extremely comfy! Works with pants or skirt. Highly recommend! "
