" Just got these shoes and have to send them back because the ties broke on the first wear. They are super cute and very comfy, but I am reluctant to exchange them for another pair since I have the feeling the quality is just not there. The leather ties were already worn in the place where the bow crosses...if you ever have to retie them, like I did, do it very carefully or they'll break at those worn spots. "
