just what I was looking for
" I was looking for some low-heel slip-on shoes to wear under jeans in in-between weather (not ready for sandals, but too hot for socks and shoes!) I also wanted something with a toe that was more pointed than round, and that didn't show the top of my foot. These are perfect. The slightly pointed toe elongates the leg and there is no interruption of the look with skin showing (a cute look with skinny jeans and flats, but I wanted something to just barely show under more boot-cut type jeans.) I bought these in both brown and black. I typically wear 8.5 but in these after ordering 8.5's online, I had to bring them into the store and exchange for 8's because they were too long. Also, my foot is slightly wide just in the front, so maybe an 8W would have been perfect, but I didn't feel like going through the uncertainty of ordering online again so I just kept the 8's I could buy in the store and figured the leather would stretch a little for a perfect fit, which it did. The leather and the perforated design make the shoe breathable and comfortable. The only negative with the black pair is that some of the dye ends up rubbing off onto your feet. "
