Too soft and too wide
" They are cute shoes. However, I found them to run too wide for my narrow feet and the they are so soft that they feel more like a house slipper instead of a shoe to be worn to work. "

" Cute, but it did remind me of a little girls shoe because the whole shoe is a very shiny patent leather. I also ordered a half size smaller due to other reviews stating it ran big, but it was too small. I recommend ordering your normal size. I ended up returning them. "

I love these flats!!
" They are true to size, comfortable and will bring me through the holiday season. They will go with jeans for dress up as well as my holiday evening wear for our family gatherings and parties. "

SO cute!!
" I ordered these because I wanted a cute, feminine but comfy black flat to dress up my jeans or wear with a nice dress. When I first opened the box, they looked like they would be too long, but after trying them on, they dont fall of my feet, despite the fact that they are ever so slightly long. If you are in-between sizes, I would probably size down. I love them and I can't wait to wear them out! I might have to order them in other colors as well :-] "
