Lovely shoes
" As an international customer, i ordered size 12 and they a bit long. i will need some ball foot for a better fit.
My feet are 27cm ~~ 10 5/8 and Size Eur 42.5 "

" So I purchased these shoes online Oct 13 and they were delivered Oct 19. I searched online for the perfect black work shoe. I was a little skeptical about the gold and snake skin details, but I'm glad I decided to be fashionable instead of boring. Anyways, I've had these shoes for almost a month now. The insoles are so comfy and the heels offer plenty of support. I get compliments whenever I where them, and it doesn't hurt that they are the perfect accessory to any outfit! "

Broken Heels
" In 2 years I have purchased 2 pairs of these beautiful Jalone Pumps at DSW. Within a year of each purchase one of the heels broke (right side). I do not wear the Jalone Pump daily, I average 1 wearing a month, maybe less. In my opinion these shoes should last longer. I have other name brand shoes that are at least 8 years old and have never broken a heel. Pains me to throw my money away on such a beautiful shoe. "

COMFY
" I've spent a lot of time walking around NY as a tourist, and now living in LA. This shoe gets a lot of compliments, especially the back part of the shoe. Its very comfortable. im not the kind of girl that was raised wearing heals either. I also have a med-wide foot, so keep that in mind for others looking for a comfy shoe. "
