My staple shoe
" I have worn these shoes since I was a teenager. I've always called them "desert boots." My last pair- I had for 10 years- finally wore out last year as the crepe sole started separating in two pieces. So glad Clarks still makes them. Only caveat is they're not a shoe for rainy weather as the soles can get wet and you'll be slip-sliding initially when walking indoors. I always spray my new pair with 3M which keeps the upper soles water repellant and clean. I don't know what I do without a pair of these! Very comfy! "
