Wanted to love...
"I REALLY wanted to love these riding boots, but they are going back to DSW. I usually wear 9 but my foot was slipping all around in the shoe... not just the heel part. The calf part was just snug enough but the ankle was VERY VERY loose. The color was what I expected... if the ankle part fit tighter I would have kept them and just worn thicker socks."

decent, possibly more style than longevity
"This are decently comfortable--they don't crush my toes and are fairly easy to walk in, but have little arch support, The brown color is fine, though I'd prefer it to be darker. I'm not sure how long the sole will last; my last pair (not the same brand) wore out in a matter of months. This sole seems better, but time will tell."

"I really loved this boot online and then when I got them, I was disappointed to see how short they were. Also the boot fit perfect everywhere except my ankle. A tight boot with a loose ankle does not look good. I barely ever wear them for this reason. I wish I would have returned them when I first got them."

Great Boots
"True to size and to the pictures. Love the color and the style. They go well with skinny jeans. The calf area has a slight bulge, bigger than I expected. Other than that they have been great!"

Love the look, but it's low quality
"I love the look of this boot and it's very comfortable, but I'll be returning it. I'm not impressed by the quality of this boot, even at the sale price. The color is uneven, but I guess that's the look of the boot and this is not the problem. The upper part is low quality leather that came scratched out of the box. The seams at the top are also already fraying. The buckle flaps on the side even look as if they might be glued on and with some real wear and tear this boot just doesn't appear to make the cut for a good investment in quality and durability."

Great Boot!
"I bought this boot because it is leather, has a low heel, and looks simple yet stylish. I was skeptical of buying the boot without being able to try it on. Overall, I really like it. The first day I wore it I got several compliments from my coworkers. One of my coworkers went online right away to order her own pair. They are pretty comfortable and versatile. Like other reviewers mentioned the leather is stiff and the zipper is not very smooth."

Great boot for the price!!
"These are quite comfortable and fit my feet well. I am a little wide, and these fit great. They are a little stiff, but have already begun to soften. I love the quiet soles of these boots!!"

Great boots
"I bought these boots for an overseas trip where I'd need to do a lot of walking and they were great! I did put insoles in them to add extra cushioning but they're great. They scuff pretty easily but I think that's expected in travels."

not liking it in person
"Disappointed to say that I'll be returning these to the store after receiving it from the mail yesterday. I'm normally an 8-8.5 so I ordered the 8.5 and it leaves little to no room in the toe box, way too narrow around my foot altogether and felt too snug with nylons on. I really don't want to bother "breaking them in" when I strongly feel a great shoe should be comfy when first trying it in. Guess I'll keep looking otherwise my Uggs will do."

"Very cute boots! A little bit uncomfortable where the strap is, but overall were good. Wore them all day and it didn't bother me. My calves are not super skinny like some girls' and these fit well!"

Great Boots!
"I have been wanting a pair of brown boots for awhile and finally found these. I was thrilled to be able to get leather boots for what imitation leather usually costs! These boots were a little snug at first (I have wide feet), but have loosened up nicely with just a few wearings. I love them!!"

Love these boots!
"I love these boots! They are comfortable and stylish. They are also a great value for leather boots.
When I first received the boots they were very stiff and tight around my calf. I decided to wear them around the house for a bit and ultimately decided to keep them. Because they are leather they have become less stiff and tight around my calf. They are so comfortable to wear and great for winter.
I also don't agree with a precious reviewer who said they scratch easily. My 60 pound dog has stepped on these boots multiple times and no scratches!"

Leather?
"These do not feel or smell like real leather. They give off a plastic-y/chemical-y smell and feel cheap. The fit is off too--they look wrinkled/loose around the ankle despite fitting everywhere else. I got them on sale and they still aren't worth what I paid. Will be returning."
